Cleanliness was acceptable, but the bedding left much to be desired—neither the mattress nor the sheets were comfortable. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately and was extremely noisy, making it hard to rest. Overall, a terrible night’s sleep, which is surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

It was a quick one night stay to catch a flight the next morning, but it was a great location, surrounded by lots of dining options. Reception was friendly and helpful. Design is a strong point and while our room was right off the lobby and I was concerned for noise, we had a good night’s rest. The serene Buddha in the little courtyard outside our room was a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful Property on a quiet safe street. Many great sights, shopping and food just a short walk away. Courteous, helpful staff. The pool was as refreshing as it looks! Nice breakfast available. room space a bit tight but expected.

This hotel was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt so comfortable. The hotel staff was kind and gave us recommendations of where to go and where not to go. The room was very clean and felt so cozy. The bed was very comfortable and had 5 pillows that were comfortable as well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice. We had a nice view on the balcony. We visited the rooftop during the day and night and it was a lovely environment. We had red and white sangria on the roof and both were delicious. The surrounding area is really nice and felt safe even late at night. It was very easy to catch a cab. It was very quiet as well. I would absolutely stay here again and I hope I do!

Staff was amazing, the facility was very clean and it’s centrally located with lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel food was expensive and not great, but it’s convenient. I recommend eating outside of the hotel. It’s easy to find delicious and affordable food near by.
