This was the best customer service from any hotel we have stayed in. If you want to be treated like a King or Queen this is your place. The hotel has charm, from the trim and furniture of the lobby to Chandelier in your room. Air condition was great , rainfall shower head was awesome. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed are stay. You will not regret picking this hotel. Only thing I wasn't thrilled with , was both bars. Everyone was friendly but they seemed overwhelmed when they didn't need to be

Loved the old feeling, but loved that there were very nice amenities within the property. The staff was exceptional making sure our stay was a memorable one. I would definitely stay there again, when we get the opportunity to come to Barcelona again!
