We stayed at this hotel for three days and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The check-in process was overly complicated and took far too long, which set a frustrating tone right from the start. Once we got to our room, things didn’t improve. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the room was extremely small and humid—uncomfortably so. I called the back office for assistance, but they were unable to help and didn’t seem to know how to operate the air conditioning system at all. Even more frustrating was the lack of staff availability. There’s no front desk or hotel personnel on-site after 4:30 PM, so if you run into any issues in the evening or night, you're completely on your own. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Poor service, uncomfortable accommodations, and minimal support made for a disappointing stay.

It was greater than I expected! Location was the best! Very convenient to go everywhere. The room is quite small but you have a shared lounge area you can have some coffee or teas outside the room. It is very quiet and balcony was great addition! The staff was kind enough to share the information how to get to the hotel before arrival. We had only one issue with the AC on our first day but it was because we had our windows open. I wish there was an instruction or an explanation on that in advance for the people who did self check-in. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Loved this hotel! Amazing area near Passeig de Gràcia and Playa Catalunya, where lots of good food and stores are. Hotel was clean, front desk was very accommodating, and the balcony was a beautiful touch. Would definitely come back next time i’m in Barcelona!
