Location: Very near Hospital Clínic, the Francesc Macia Square and Diagonal avenue. This large avenue, that crosses the entire city, leads us on a nice walk to the "Passeig de Gracia", the most exclusive shopping street of Barcelona, which is located in the heart of the city.
Station of Metro Line 5, "Hospital Clínic" less than five minutes away, takes us to "La Pedrera" and "Casa Batllo" in one-stop, and the "Sagrada Familia" in three stops.

Transportation: We recommend using public transportation: the "Hospital Clinic" metro stop is about 5 minutes (650 meters) walking from the apartment. Important to read BEFORE booking: - Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day for 2 people and 2€ extra per every extra person (up to 4 people max.). BE AWARE, IF YOU BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB, THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE. - To confirm your booking, we'll require you to provide us with seasonality documentation as required by the local legislation. Addmited files are, for example, school or internship accreditation, work contract, roundway flight tickets. - During the first 48 hours of your stay, you will need to sign a basic rental agreement (contract) with us. We'll agree on a time and place most convenient (for both us and you) to sign it. - If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to advise before or while making the reservation, in any case, before your arrival day. Depending on the variation it implies, it may be charged separately (15€/set) - Check-in is possible after 15h. - There is a late check-in fee of 30€ for check-ins between 20 and 23.59h, any time later than that will be 50€. This is to be paid directly to the check-in agent in cash. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it. - Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation. Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€. - A damage deposit of €1500 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. It does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb. - Beach towels are not provided. - The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay. - PARTIES are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN - It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to SMOKE in any part of the apartment/building. - In compliance with local regulations (Law 11/2025), this property is available only for monthly tourist stays. If you do not call us on time, you might need to wait for the check-in agent. Take the advantage to ask any questions upon arrival to ensure a good stay throughout! Especially if there is anything unclear on how to make it work or getting around the house.
