Designer house close to Barcelona in an amazingly scenic setting
This is the renovated 150 sqm (1500 sq ft) farm guest house over two floors on the 30 acre estate in an incredible setting.
The estate has its pools, own lake, donkeys, sheep, vineyard and lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea (8 minutes by car to the El Masnou beach) and mountains.

The house has a modern kitchen, fireplace, TV, very high-speed Wifi, two bedrooms and one bath, and a huge terrace with BBQ.

Beautiful terrace with outdoor cooking area, huge natural water reservoir for swimming and relaxing, very short walk into Alella centre.
Mok and our Airdale terrier Nove are sometimes in the area to answer any questions - we live in a separate spot on the hill. Alberto the gardener takes care of Valen and Pau, our friendly donkeys, and their three sheepish friends, Bo and Mo. and No who take care of mowing the grass.

Très joli domaine sur une colline à 10 minutes de la mer
Belle découverte à seulement 10 minutes d'El masnou avec une belle plage avec une belle eau. (Chiens acceptés sur une partie de la plage). Le grand domaine est perché sur les hauteurs. Petit bémol car le logement que nous avons pris n'avait pas de piscine privée. Nous espérions pouvoir nous baigner dans la piscine biologique mais l'eau était extrêmement verte. Apparemment un problème avec le mécanisme de filtration qui a été réparé
