THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This apartment is perfectly located for those who enjoy football, or assist to a congress in the Fira Hospitalet, its well communicated by public transport to enjoy the City.

Situated to the west of the city center is the famous Camp Nou Stadium, home of FC Barcelona and the largest stadium in Europe. It’s a must-see attraction not only for football fans but for anyone who wants to experience the incredible support that FC Barça enjoys around the world. There’s also a museum where you can enjoy football memorabilia and take in the impressive array of trophies the team has won over the years.

A short walk from the apartment will take you to the Collblanc Market plaza, local shops and grocery stores, as well as plenty of small cafés and bars. The neighborhood is distinctly local and has a small-town feel even though it is next to all the action of Barcelona.

GETTING AROUND

The apartment is located in the district of L’Hospitalet, near the Camp Nou Stadium and the Fira Hospitalet Convention Center where the Mobile World Congress is held.

The blue line (Collblanc Station) is a 10-minute walk from the apartment door, which passes through the center of the Eixample. The blue line is ideal as it runs through Sants Station (a hub for the city) and to Diagonal where you can find Gaudí’s Casa Mila and Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona's upscale shopping area. Or, continue on the same line to go directly to Sagrada Familia (30 minutes from Collblanc Station).

The red line (Torrassa) is a 7-minute walk from the apartment and will take you take you beneath the Eixample to Plaza Espanya and Montjuic. You can continue on the same train to Plaza Catalunya and the Gothic and Born neighborhoods. Plaza Catalunya is a 20-minute ride and connects with the entire city of Barcelona.

HOUSE RULES

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE FLAT (including both balconies).

SILENCE: It's a very quiet neighborhood and building, so after 10:00 pm things should be calmed down so we don't disturb the neighbors. The balconies cannot be used for gatherings after 10:00 pm.

As this is a residential building it is important to respect the neighbors. The locals are going about their daily lives and request a quiet and calm environment.

LATE CHECK-INS:

There is a surcharge of 30 euros for check-ins between 21:00 hours and 00:00 hours. Check-ins after 00:00 hours have a surcharge of 50 euros. This amount is due in EUROS at check-in.
