This 100-sq.m studio features a large sun terrace on the ground floor.
The intimate and peaceful barbecue offers a barbecue, a wood-fire stove, a butane gas cooking range, a sink and a garden table opposite an ample shaded porch with a cupboard with a full set of cutlery and crockery, a large table, and sofas. This is a perfect area to have lunch. The owners designed and built the house. There is a fibre-optic internet connection.

Fantastic Contempary Villa Perfect for visiting Barcelona

Eight of us two couples stayed at this lovely Contempary villa complete with outside swimming pool. We stayed at this beautiful designed flat between the 8th and 15th of April. It was perfect for our stay. The weather was lovely but got chilly at night. The family who's home it was were very helpful and very considerate ,providing us with some fresh strawberries on arrival and a guided tour of the house and grounds. One aspect which was only a minor problem was that their did not appear to be any heating other than a fire one could make in the lounge.It was an amazing fire and heated the huge lounge . I am sure during the summer months this is not a problem,but during our stay it did get a bit chilly at night. The overall experience was most enjoyable and we would stay again.

Avons passé de bonnes vacances dans une maison spacieuse et agréable, bien située dans un quartier très calme. A noter toutefois sur les 4 chambres proposées 1 sans climatisation et sans salle de bain, compliqué pour 4 couples. Egalement compliqué Le coin barbecue assez mal entretenu et en contrebas de l'espace piscine, rendant difficile les apéros collectifs.

Buen alojamiento cercano a la ciudad de Barcelona con excelente comunicación, amplio en su interior y en su jardín, con muy buena distribución y accesibilidad al exterior de las estancias, aunque algunos detalles como el estado de la cocina, vajilla y utensilios, así como el necesario control diario p.e. de la piscina, reserva de agua de riego, apagado/encendido de agua caliente, no se corresponden con el standing esperado.

Vacaciones diferentes

Después de la situación sanitaria vivida en estos últimos meses, dudamos mucho de hacer vacaciones fuera de casa. La verdad que al final ha sido buena decisión. La casa está muy bien acondicionada. Tiene menaje suficiente para 8 personas. Muy buena distribución de las habitaciones, todas ellas en la misma planta baja con su propio baño, excepto una de ellas. Un pequeño huerto que ha sido la delícia de mi hija y mi padre. Zona de barbacoa y piscina muy buena.

Très belle villa, en zone péri urbaine

Très belle villa d'architecte, bien équipée , Avec un grand jardin et sa piscine de belle taille. Les propriétaires sont adorables et ont été attentifs à nos demandes. A noter : la maison est située sur une avenue assez passante, les nuisances sonores sont bien presentes en journée et en début de soirée.

Agréable vacances, villa très bien située, proche de toutes commodités

Nous sommes arrivés le 5 août 2017 pour deux semaines,(mon mari, ma fille de 14 ans, mon beau frère, ma belle sœur, la maman de cette dernière et leur petite fille de 2 ans) devant la villa vers 14h.Joli quartier. Nous avions rendez vous à 16h, mais la route avait été longue et éprouvante, surtout avec un bébé ; les propriétaires, adorables et visiblement débordés par le ménage de la villa qui venait d'être libérée nous ont aimablement permis de rester dans le jardin dans la cuisine d'été. Alberto le propriétaire des lieux nous fait faire un état des lieux, et premier couac, il nous annonce qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation, il faisait ce jour là une chaleur caniculaire et la maison (très belle et très grande par ailleurs) était surchauffée. Nous insistons en faisant valoir que la climatisation est incluse dans la location que pour nous c'était un critère premier de recherche, Alberto fini par nous l'accorder pour 50€ par semaine! Pas sympa ça 😒 Nullement précisé sur l'annonce d'Abritel. Soit, hors de question de dormir dans cette touffeur avec les moustiques, la Catalogne grouille de moustiques, ce n'était pas une surprise pour nous, d'où le critère impératif de la climatisation ! Non respecté puisque la climatisation n'est que partielle, les chambres au rez de chaussée et surtout la suite parentale reste étouffante de chaleur, malgré la climatisation trop éloignée, à l'étage, pour la rafraîchir et bien sûr, recouac dès qu'on l'allume, le disjoncteur saute!😒😕 Bon après moultes tentatives on trouve un moyen de la faire fonctionner, je vous passe les détails. Sinon la piscine est superbe, l'eau salée toujours tempérée, et appréciable pour les peaux sensibles au chlore; attention toutefois aux familles avec enfants, pas de protection autour. Ping pong, badminton... La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. Hormis les petits aléas cités plus haut et les moustiques qui ont trouvés très à leur goût ma belle soeur, le séjour a été agréable, les deux poules et leurs oeufs quotidiens ont été un vrai bonheur pour notre petite puce, ravie d'aller les chercher chaque matin.

Cette villa est encore plus magnifique en vrai qu'en photo ! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui est immense et tres chaude ! La literie très confortable, de grands dressings dans chaque chambre. Les salles de bains sont propres et tres grandes. Cette villa est sécurisée, vous pouvez ranger les voitures dans un garage fermé. À seulement 15 minutes du port olympique de Barcelone en voiture, l'emplacement est idéal pour faire la fête, la plage..

Une très belle maison, bien équipée.

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour de deux semaines en juillet 2017. La maison est fantastique, luxueuse, très bien équipée et à très peu de temps de route de Barcelone. Les hôtes sont fort sympathiques et très avenants. Ils ont répondu prestement à toutes nos communications. Nous recommandons cette maison mais, il y aurait lieu de signaler qu'elle n'est que partiellement climatisée.
