Villa Mandorla by My Villa Collection

Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, Villa Mandorla is a historic estate whose origins date back approximately to the year 1000. Carefully restored to preserve the character of the original property, the residence combines centuries-old architecture with contemporary comforts and is surrounded by gardens, cypress trees and the natural landscape of the nearby river.
The property has a total of seven bedrooms and consists of the main residence and two independent annexes. The main villa retains numerous original architectural elements, including stone walls, exposed wooden beams and evidence related to its history as an ancient mill. The large common areas include a dining room, a kitchen and several living areas, while the original millstones and the old water channels of the mill are still visible inside the property. The dining room also preserves the remains of an ancient kitchen dating back to the 4th century.
Four suites are located inside the main residence, while the two independent annexes offer greater privacy to families and groups. The first is on two levels and includes a double bedroom, a loft with two single beds and private outdoor spaces. The second, built from the old sawmill, has a double bedroom, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen and a private patio overlooking the park.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by large gardens with several lounge areas and spaces dedicated to outdoor dining, as well as a private pool surrounded by greenery. A wood oven and additional outdoor spaces provide different environments in which to have lunch, dinner and relax during the day.
One of the most characteristic features of Villa Mandorla is the private beach on the river, directly accessible from the property and equipped with sun loungers, a relaxation area and a dining table. Surrounded by vegetation and accompanied by the sound of water, it offers a private space immersed in the natural landscape of the estate.

Tourist tax: €2 per person per night, applicable to guests aged 14 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.
Security deposit: €1,500.
