Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (60 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table tennis, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises.
