Sea Glass Cottage- New, Peaceful, Path to Beach

This brand new 1 bedroom cottage is on the Wagon Wheel Farm property. The cottage was built in 2022 with a focus on detail. It is centrally located on MDI and just minutes away from Acadia. The private deck overlooks a beautiful field with lots of wildlife, and outdoor exploring area. There is a private wooded trail to walk to Hadley Point Beach (about a 15 min walk). This is the perfect place to relax after you explore Acadia and Bar Harbor.

Sea Glass is a 340 sq ft cottage adjacent to the Wagon Wheel Farm House. It was built with privacy and attention to detail in mind, while maximizing efficiency and space. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling, brand new kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances, and a queen bed and twin bunk beds in the bedroom. This is a perfect place to relax in a new modern cottage with meadow views while you explore MDI.

This is a wonderful neighborhood. Hadley Point Beach is just around the corner. You can walk the trail to the beach or drive. You can have a fire at the beach and watch the sunset. You can also walk/run/bike at Bay View Drive nearby. There are several local eateries nearby as well.

Guests can park one vehicle in the driveway in the designated area.

Very cute small bungalow. Beautifully updated with one bedroom. Great full kitchen. Washer and dryer was a great help while on vacation. Living room is a bit too small but there is a spacious deck with tables and chairs off the front entry. Great for a small family!
