House in Banyeres de Mariola

Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this holiday home full of character.

Nestled in the mountainous landscape, this holiday home is the ideal place to unwind and recharge your batteries. Natural stone walls, wooden furniture and decorative tiles lend the living area a distinctive, rustic charm. Make yourself comfortable in the cosy sitting area, cook together in the spacious kitchen or spend convivial evenings in the games room, which offers extra comfort with a sofa bed.

The well-tended garden surrounding the house invites you to spend time outdoors at any time of day. Look forward to the private swimming pool, which provides a pleasant way to cool off on warm days. The lovingly designed outdoor areas offer the perfect setting for relaxing – whether it’s doing yoga in the morning, reading a good book on a sun lounger or having a nap in the hammock. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, there is a spacious barbecue area.

The villa is situated in the heart of the Sierra de Mariola and is the ideal base for exploring the nature park. An extensive network of hiking trails winds through the varied landscape. The well-known La Fenasosa bike park is just a short distance away. Further sporting facilities are available at the nearby sports centre, which features padel and tennis courts as well as football pitches, amongst other things. Immerse yourself in the region’s history and visit the medieval castle of Banyeres de Mariola or the modernist quarter of Alcoy. A trip to Bocairent, one of Spain’s most beautiful villages, is well worth it, as is sampling the regional cuisine, which combines Mediterranean flavours with hearty mountain specialities.
