Fully equipped and conveniently located in Sugar Mountain village, across from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and above the town of Banner Elk, this mile-high Penthouse is the ultimate mountain getaway.

Our lobby welcomes you with a warm fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows. Our vending room has you covered with a full selection of toiletries, drinks, alcoholic beverages, and complimentary coffee. Take a dip in our indoor heated pool, unwind in one of our two hot tubs, or break a sweat in our generously equipped workout room. If you're looking to relax, check out our dry sauna and steam rooms. And for some entertainment, we offer a library of films and books.

Exciting news for our guests! We have installed high-speed fiber optic internet service with a router exclusively for your use during your stay. I wish I could give this more stars! Outstanding stay. Communication with the owner was exceptional and the room was amazing. Very nice location and the staff was great. Felt safe with security too. This room was even better than the pictures and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend. Will book again.
