Enjoyable, a few changes would make it great
The majority of the visit was great. We were there with my family of 4 and grandma. We had enough space to be comfortable, great area to store coats, boots and shoes. Quiet condo location. Very close to Sugar Mountain, easy walk without gear, a bit far with gear. Shuttle was a great idea in theory, but only runs holidays/weekends. King bed was a little more firm than our preferences, but not horrible. In the review of the listing online, our plan was for the kids to take the bunk room, and grandma would stay in the game room. Turns out the "game room" is actually a tiny loft without any doors and without any games. Luckily with the trundle both kids could sleep there without much trouble, and grandma only hit her head on the bunk bed once. Check in was a little weird - we received one e-mail from Evolve, with directions to contact another property manager, who then did not respond to my first email (although it was New Years). She did respond promptly to the second email. Biggest frustration was check out - directions were to take the trash 1.5 miles away to a county trash center. When we arrived the trash center is not only closed on Sundays, but also limited to residents of the county.
