Comfortable 3BR Updated Historic Duplex. Perfect for Short or Extended Stays

Whether you’re 2 or the whole group, you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located duplex. Family friendly and pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood close to the major Bangor hospitals, just a short 20-30minute walk to Maine Savings Amphitheater and downtown area. Short 10minute drive to the Universities and major colleges. 40 minute drive to Bar Harbor to explore all the hiking trails and attractions. 1 hour to Millinocket on the way to climb Mt. Katahdin.

3 bedroom duplex with 3 levels.

Main floor you will enjoy a spacious living room with large 70 inch flat screen tv with sound bar. Relax on our leather sofa and recliner. Enjoy cooking like a chef in the large fully equipped and spiced stocked kitchen with large butcher block island that give you plenty of space to prepare you next meal. You can eat at the island , or you can sit at the high top table in the dinning room.

Second floor you will find 3 large bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub. King size sleep number bed to be adjusted to your comfort like the mattress was made just for you. Queen size adjustable bed for those who like to elevate their head. Two twin size beds for maximum sleep arrangements. Bathroom has a full shower and tub is stocked with all your linen, soap, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience.

Our Basement has a set of energy efficient front loading washer and dryer. Provided for you is laundry soap and dryer sheets for that last minute load.

Lovely home within walking distance to downtown. Very comfortable 'home away from home'. Our host was fantastic. She even came home from her work to help us with a heating issue. She gave us lots of excellent information for local eats and activities

Downtown Bangor… easy access and close to everything

We had a wonderful time stay at Kathy’s. it was a very convenient entry. Close to everything and lots of space for everyone. I recommend this location to anyone who is staying in Bangor.

Gorgeous home

The pictures online don’t do it justice. I love the older homes with all their grand character and this place had it all. It was super clean and the host was fabulous and gave us good shopping tips! It was close to everything and very handy. Loved our stay, sad to leave.

Nice but Pricey

Nice place but horrible parking spot. Only one bathroom and it's up a large set of stairs on the 2nd floor, difficult for elderly or physically challenged people but, fine for me and my brother. Overpriced, in my opinion, for what it is.

Wonderful UM Family Weekend stay!
