Bad Experience

Positive : Staff are friendly and very helpfull. Great location. Negative : I don't mind budget hotels but this is ridiculous. The rooms are just too small. The room is totally different from the photos in Hotels.com Old hotel, looks very dated. Small room with dirty bed sheet, dirty blanket and dirty bathroom, also no hotwater. Remote AC not working so we can't turn off the AC and the staff can't do anything. The only way to turn off the AC : take out the key card. Disaster. No WiFi. We stayed here for 3 nights and they didn't clean up the room for 3 days. Horrible !! I wouldn't stay here again. Not recommended.
