Hotel yg sangat buruk sekali
Sedikit aneh dengan proses check in hotel ini, saya tiba di hotel ini jam 22.00 tapi sekitar jam 17.00 sudah menerima email bahwa saya sudah check ini. Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan hotel, Sekitar tgl 06 Feb tdk lama setelah saya booking, saya mendapat telp dari hostel ini untuk mengkonfirmasi pemesanan saya... Saya di confirm akan mendapat 2 kamar dengan pembagian kamar 1 kamar isi 8 org dan 1 kamar isi 4 org.. tapi pada kenyataannya tidak seperti yg di bicarakan pihak hostel, dan tidak ada penyelesaian dari pihak hostel.. cuma bisa meminta maaf. Jika mmg tidak bisa memenuhi apa yg di janjikan pihak hostel untuk apa menjanjikan kepada tamu. Akhirnya kami keluar dari hostel tersebut krn sudah sangat kecewa dan marah, selama hampir 1 jam kami di gantung tanpa kepastian, dan tanpa mencari solusi dari pihak hostel. Hostel ini sangat buruk umtuk di rekomendasikan, bahkan satpam yg bertugas pun menginfokan kpd kami bahwa hostel tersebut BERMASALAH !!.!
