Excellent hotel at Jakarta International Airport
We stayed a total of 4 nights at the FM 7 Hotel on our recent visit to Jakarta and were totally impressed with the large rooms, wonderful service, and especially the great shuttle service from the airport. We were met at the airport even though our flight got in about midnight. All the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. A very nice breakfast buffet is included in the room price, which is very reasonable. The hotel has several restaurants, and well-landscaped grounds. We’ll be back!

This is an excellent hotel close to the airport. Transfers are included and they are very accommodating in picking up and returning to the airport. The pool/spa area is very nice. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. The only negative is that the lighting in the rooms is not great. We’ve stayed here many times while traveling through to Sorong.

Very nice overall
I had an enjoyable trip overall. Staff was very attentive, respectful, and helpful. Fitness center and pool facilities are very nice. Location is great, very close to the airport (which is a reason I booked this). Internet was high speed and reliable. I did have an issue with the A/C in my room. I called to have this fix and two different people came out (once was a bell hop and the other was an engineer), and they tried to fix it. Their work helped and room was comfortable, but it did not get as cool as the thermostat was set to. The staff was very helpful in trying to fix it. This did not cause any major problems, just something I want to pass along.
