Welcome to your cozy basement retreat in Bancroft, perfect for you whether traveling as a couple, solo, or for business! Located just a 5-minute walk from downtown, you will be close to restaurants, cafés, a brewery, lakes, and scenic trails. Your private suite includes a comfortable bedroom, a living area, a private bathroom with a compact stand-up shower, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.

The entrance and backyard patio are shared with the homeowners, who live upstairs and are available via Airbnb messaging or the front doorbell if you need anything. For check-in, park on the driveway, walk along the left side of the garage to the backyard entrance, and enter your code on the keypad—your basement key hangs beside the door.

During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy the shared outdoor patio, swing, table, chairs, and fire pit (please bring your own firewood, keep a water bucket nearby, never leave fires unattended, and fully extinguish them before leaving). Please do not cross beyond the curtained area in the sunroom, as it is private. Lastly, in the rare event of an emergency (like leaks or electrical issues), the owners may need access to the locked utility area in the basement, but they will contact you first whenever possible and respect your privacy.
