The detached holiday home on the North Sea island of car-free Baltrum was built in the Frisian style of 2005. Facilities The entire ground floor is with 2 bedrooms a double room and a small single room with about 7 sqm. 1 large modern bathroom with shower and tub and toilet a guest toilet a kitchen with dining table for 7 people. Dishwasher, electric cooker with 4 hobs, toaster, blender, and a living room. Ideal for 1 family with children. Overall, the house has 5 beds and a baby bed. The living area on the ground floor is approximately 95 square meters. The upper floor is not rented. In the garden is a terrace with a dining. The house is luxuriously furnished and offers great comfort. In the house you have free wireless access. The upper floor is not accessible. You have the house and grounds for single use for a carefree holiday.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, sehr tolles Haus in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt haben. Der Vermieter war telefonisch gut erreichbar. Die Agentur leider nur fallweise, weshalb wir auch unsere Abreise nicht besprechen konnten. Alles in allem sehr schön auf Baltrum und wir werden wieder kommen.

In Summe alles gut, will nicht nur meckern 😉 Probleme: im KĂŒhlschrank hatte Vormieter Essen gelassen, leider hatten jemand den Kphlschrank abgestellt, nicht so gut.., Kaffeekanne fehlte leider.., Microwelle wĂ€re ein Verbesderungsvorschlag. Finden des WLAN-Code war etwas schwierig. Ansonsten alles gut.

Unser seit vielen Jahren geplanter Baltrum-Urlaub wurde in diesem Haus zu einem Traumurlaub. Die Wohnung ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, wie wir es sonst noch nie gefunden hatten.

Tolles Haus mit leichtem "Pflege RĂŒckstand"

Wir waren schon mehrfach im Haus 313 und sind grundsĂ€tzlich immer sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Das Ă€ussere und innere schlicht und schön gestaltet. Das einzige das wir kritisieren (und das haben wir auch direkt mit dem Vermieter besprochen) ist die Tatsache, dass Schimmelbildung an mehreren WĂ€nden immer wieder ein Problem ist. Wenn angesprochen wird dieser auch immer sofort von der lokalen Hausverwaltung entfernt, allerdings recht oberflĂ€chlich. Unserer Meinung nach mĂŒsste hier entschiedener vorgegangen werden. Ein zweiter Kritikpunkt wĂ€re die Tatsache, dass mal wieder gestrichen werden sollte. Auch dies wurde mit dem Vermieter besprochen. GemĂ€ss Vermieter konnten Maler fĂŒr diese Saison nicht mehr organisiert werden, sollen aber fĂŒr nĂ€chstes Jahr kommen.

Ankommen, wohl fĂŒhlen und genießen. Einfach super schön. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt viele schöne Details zu entdecken.
