Avoid this place at all costs. Worst Hilton-branded hotel I’ve ever seen. No AC, moldy ceilings, broken-down furniture, and zero signs of maintenance. This place feels abandoned, not managed. Hilton should shut it down until it’s rebuilt.

The only thing I’m giving a review for are the staff. All the staff were amazing and were probably the only reason we continued to stay there. The building was completely in disrepair . Stained tiles, broken walls , we had no hot water on one side of the hotel ,and no air on the other . It’s summer time and it was not well maintained .

THERE WAS NO AC OR HOT WATER. I THOUGHT IT WAS A FLUKED BUT LATER FOUND OUT THAT THIS IS A REOCCURRENCE. DESPITE THEM KNOWING THIS, THEY CONTINUE TO BOOK ROOMS. ARRIVING A 2AM MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO LEAVE AT THAT MOMENT FOR ANOTHER HOTEL.
