The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet deposit: BRL 50 per night
• Pet fee: BRL 50 per pet, per night plus BRL 120 one-time cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: BRL 50 for check-in between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 5 percent

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business, or profession. No onsite parking is available. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and debit cards. Cash is not accepted. This property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival. Guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
