Lovely, quiet and very clean!!

Our most recent trip to the area for a reunion found us looking for accommodations close by and we were lucky to find this gem! Quiet, well appointed and very clean! I highly recommend.

Studio was large, very clean and organized. It was a great fit for us since we were out with family during the day but very relaxing to come home and relax.

Wonderful rental!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this studio! The property managers had great communication in advance and during rental. The space itself is wonderful and a great area to stay in to visit Saratoga Springs and nearby attractions. The space was comfortable, clean, quiet and the hosts had many special touches and everything you need for the stay! Highly recommend!

Great property!

Property was super clean and convenient. Owner contacted via text well ahead of time and made sure all was well (it was!). Location was conveniently between Albany area and Adirondacks, which was exactly what I wanted. Homemade cookies were an added treat!

Excellent place to stay

We had an excellent stay for 3 nights at Modern Studio < 13 Mi to Saratoga Racetrack! It was easy to connect with the hosts, and we had everything + more we could need or want. The hosts put a lot of thought and effort into creating a welcoming and enjoyable space. Highly recommend!

Excellent and Quiet!

Our stay was delightful and easeful at the Modern Studio < 13 Mi to Saratoga Racetrack! The hosts were readily available before, during and after for communicating. We had everything we needed plus more. It really felt like we were honored guests. Highly recommend.

Perfect peaceful retreat

I came to the area with my dog for a 3-day dog training program in Halfmoon. I was looking for a more private spot than the recommended hotel, and I'm so glad I found it! The area is so peaceful and the studio is amazing, spotless and spacious! Paul and Michelle are great hosts, very responsive and so accommodating. They thought of everything to make you feel at home, from an array of coffee and teas to homemade chocolate chip cookies and dog treats! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great amenities. Definitely one of my favorite place!

Beautiful Modern Studio in Ballston Spa

My husband and I were thrilled with our visit to the Modern Studio in Ballston Spa. The in-person facilities were even more lovely than the pictures, with many thoughtful, extra touches that made the setting special and comfortable. We were conveniently located, allowing us to enjoy the in-town festivities as well as the beautiful, peaceful countryside. Our companion was our very energetic 15-month old golden retriever who took great joy in running (and running and running) around the huge yard. Thank you!

Fantastic Modern Studio

My husband and I wanted to get away for our 30 th anniversary! We settled on the Hudson River Valley in New York. We rented the most charming modern studio for 4 nights. It was immaculately clean and the furnishings were charming and modern! There were restaurant choices for local fare listed on a guide and also some highlights of the area. The owners live on site. We did not see them but they responded to text messages quickly! The location was close to Ballston Spa and about 13 miles to Saratoga Springs, my husband and I loved the area! We would definitely make this an annual trip and would not hesitate to stay at this VRBO again!

THE PLACE TO STAY!

We stayed in Ballston Spa on our way back south after roadtripping up to Acadia National Park in Maine. We made lots of stops between home in North Carolina and our destination in Bar Harbor, and Michelle and Paul’s place was by far our favorite! Their rental studio met every one of the Three Cs: Clean, Comfortable, and Cozy. Not only was the space a welcoming environment after a full day of traveling, but they truly went above and beyond to make our the visit special — a handwritten welcome note and fresh cookies on the desk when we arrived, a basket with materials for s’mores that we could make around the outdoor fire pit, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, and a list of local restaurants in the area. Some people just know how to host and these are two of them! We would recommend a stay at this beautiful property to anyone and are grateful for the wonderful experience!

Perfect studio!

This studio rental was perfect! It was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need (spices, coffee, tea, half & half, snacks, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, firewood, s’mores stuff. I could go on and on!) The property was super quiet and, despite being shared with the hosts, felt very private. The hosts were helpful and friendly but gave us our privacy. There’s so much to do in the Saratoga Springs area. Check out the polo school for matches or harness racing at the casino and watch the thoroughbreds practice at the racetrack.

Peaceful and Cozy

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The space was the perfect size for us and our dog. The amenities including kitchenware, games to play, coffee/tea assortment and a smallLibrary. Finding some complimentary refreshments in the fridge were an added bonus! The property itself is very quiet and serene. It truly felt like we were in a private home. I appreciated how well the hosts communicated check in instructions and the personal touch of a welcome note with cookies. I was also very impressed with the idea of a trash can outside our door to collect used doggie bags. Everything they added to the space was very thoughtfully planned out. I’d definitely recommend this space for anyone interested in visiting the nearby area. Everything was exactly as advertised and was very pleased with our overall stay.

Perfect in every way!

My friend and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. Paul and Michelle messaged me in advance, making our late night arrival seamless. There was a warm welcome note and delicious cookies waiting for us upon arrival . The studio is immaculate and inviting. Paul and Michelle have attended to every detail - I enjoyed my complimentary Starbucks every morning and my fur baby loved the ball and treats that were there to make her stay enjoyable too! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at some quaint restaurants in town and Saratoga Springs/Saratoga Lake is only about 20 minute away. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Ballston Spa studio was comfortable, clean, attractive, bucolic and extremely well located for travel to Saratoga Springs. Michelle and Paul are amazing hosts! They went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Best of all, they are the real deal when it comes to dog friendly hosts. They went the extra mile and even better to accommodate our Westie and make sure that all of us, pup included, had an amazing experience. It’s also worth noting that the studio can accommodate three people (one using the futon) and again, Michelle and Paul were willing to allow the extra guest for our convenience. But wait - don’t book the studio just yet - we want to return there soon and hope it’s available for our return visit!

Cozy, quiet little getaway!

Perfect size and area for our family of 3! We stayed to attend the winterfest in Lake george. Only about a 40 min drive to Lake george! Walked into studio to delicious homemade cookies (thanks Michelle), the studio had water and some snacks, a keurig, coffee pods, sweetener and even half and half in the fridge!! Had lots of essentials available in case you forgot something! Enjoyed watching the array of birds out back on the bird feeder. The area was pleasant and so quiet!! Far enough away to enjoy the quiet but not so far to grab a meal or run to the store. Paul and Michelle where very accommodating! We will definitely be back! Perfect little spot to enjoy a weekend away! Highly recommend!!
