For shared use: park 4'000 m2 with lawn and trees. In the complex: sauna (extra). Washing machine (for shared use). Parking at the house. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "Cuxhaven" 32 km, grass beach "Otterndorf" 17 km, indoor swimming pool 17 km, lake Ostesee 3 km. Marina 4 km. In the former coach house, with a terrace facing the building’s inner courtyard, café with cakes and light regional cuisine (open Fri-Sun from April to October, July and August daily).
3-room apartment 120 m2, on the upper floor. Spacious, renovated, stylish and cosy furnishings: upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, dining table, satellite TV and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed.
