Villa Nino is a chic family-friendly villa with a capacity of up to 10 people.

Built in 2010, but with stone and wood based on the traditional Istrian style, the villa will welcome you with its charm.

The great pool is a refreshment that you will especially appreciate on hot summer days. In the garden with trampoline, your children can romp and play while you enjoy a cool drink on one of the sun loungers or read a good book and relax. The large, covered terrace with its wooden dining table invites you to enjoy a fantastic breakfast before exploring the region.

Of the 4 modern bedrooms, one with a double and single bed is on the first floor. There are three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. The bedrooms all have a double bed, one of which has an additional single bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower cubicle. The house with pool, garden and parking is completely enclosed and detached without direct neighbors and thus offers the peace and quiet you need for a successful vacation.

Istria is truly a feast for the eyes. Its streams running from the sea through deep valleys and gullies are reminiscent of the local myths about giants. Gentle hills overlook fields and valleys. Small villages have settled on the mountain tops, reminiscent of old paintings.



In the area of Kanfanar you will find the most important world heritage site - the medieval town of Dvigrad. Krmed is located in the Kanfanar region. The tourist attractions of Rovinj and Pula and other highlights are only a short drive away. The nearest beach, a quiet place to relax, is only 15 minutes away from the property.
