Beautiful villa with swimming pool is located at the end of a quiet and small Istrian village. The house has a swimming pool with built-in jets, which with the peace and greenery of the village makes the perfect combination for a relaxing holiday. The house has a large terrace and barbecue.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, living room and a bedroom with two single beds.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter war immer freundlich und unkompliziert.Ein paar Anregungen zur Verbesserung möchte ich dennoch mitgeben:Leider gab es sehr viele Fliegen im Haus und keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern vorhanden sind. Dadurch war man gezwungen, entweder im Dunkeln zu sitzen oder die Fenster geschlossen zu halten – was gerade im Sommer etwas unangenehm sein kann.Der Pool liegt ab etwa 12 Uhr teilweise, ab 14 Uhr dann vollständig im Schatten. Dadurch erwärmt sich das Wasser kaum, was den Badespaß leider etwas einschränkt. Zudem sorgt ein nahe stehender Baum dafür, dass viele Blätter und Schmutz ins Wasser gelangen.Die automatische Gartenbewässerung läuft unabhängig vom Wetter – auch bei Regen – wodurch der Rasen dauerhaft feucht ist. Gerade wenn man mit Hund reist, führt das dazu, dass viel Schmutz ins Haus getragen wird.Vielleicht lassen sich diese Punkte in Zukunft noch etwas optimieren – dann wäre der Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt.

Suurepärane villa

Unistuste koht - puhas ja suur bassein, suur maja kolme magamistoaga, piiratud ja turvaline aed, vaiksed naabrid ja romantiline küla. Kõik oli olemas, kaasaegne köök kõigi nõude ja tehnikaga, pehmed voodid, basseini ääres grill ja laud, mille ümber mõnusalt aega veeta. Väljas oli 39 kraadi, puhas jahutav bassein on maja juures, grill sealsamas, saab süüa teha, samal ajal suhelda ja lastel silma peal hoida. Käisime lastega külas kanu ja jäneseid toitmas, lambakari tuli kord päevas vastu, külaelanikud tervitasid rõõmsalt. Minu lugupidamine villa omanikule, kes palus plastikut eraldi koguda ja oli loodusõbrana pääsukestele mitu pesakohta teinud. Nii tore oli iga päev vaadata, kuidas pääsukesed lendama õppisid ja õhtuti koos pessa püüdsid mahtuda. Ilusaid ja mugavaid villasid on terves maailmas, kuid ehedat romantilist maaelu kohtab üliharva. Me kõik veetsime siin õnneliku puhkuse!

paradise in Croatia

The property was well maintained and any problems were sorted out. There was everything you needed for a good relaxing holiday plenty of room, good facilities, and to top it all it was situated in a lovely area in beautiful countryside near to Bale Valle where there were restaurants, bars etc. It was so peaceful and relaxing, no one wanted to go home the children especially loved it in fact everyone did. We will certainly try and visit again

Gorgeous house in a very peaceful setting!

Beautiful house, great pool, very quiet location! We had a great time staying here. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The pool is great and the garden it is in is a great place to chill out or have a barbecue in the sheltered seating area. Krmed is a very quiet village, so may not be for everyone but if you want tranquility you can't go far wrong! Just a few Kms away are two lovely historic villages with some great bars and restaurants! Beautiful port Rovinj is only slightly further afield. Ivan was very attentive and helpful during our stay and like most of the Croatians we met, went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and our holiday was as pleasurable as it could be! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

Top-Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen!

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger, dörflicher Lage. Sehr guter Service, gut gepflegter Pool; das Haus ist so schön, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Wenn wir wieder in Istrien Urlaub machen sollten, wird das unsere erste Wahl sein!

Zeer tevreden

We hebben echt ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in deze accommodatie. Er zit een grote muur om het huis heen waardoor de hond heerlijk los kon lopen maar dit is ook fijn als je op vakantie bent met kinderen. Het in en uitchecken ging soepel dankzij de zeer enthousiaste en lieve hulp van Matija. We kregen zelfs een locale wijn, frisdrank en vers fruit. Ook bij vragen is hij goed te bereiken en staat voor je klaar om te helpen. Het is een heel rustig dorpje met een goede bereikbaarheid naar Rovinj en Pula.

Wunderschönes Haus

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Küche top ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind groß und durch die umlaufende geschlossene Mauer besonders für Hunde geeignet.

Skønt hus i rolige omgivelser.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i rolige afslappede omgivelser. Huset var rent og fuldt udstyret. Vores kontaktperson, Bernard, var meget hjælpsom og svarede hurtigt på vores beskeder. Poolen var lækker og en god størrelse, dog blev vi lidt overraskede over, at vi skulle betale yderligere 70€ for at få poolen opvarmet. Det havde ikke stået i annoncen, og det virkede lidt mærkeligt da vi fik en besked om det to dage før vores ophold. Alt i alt en fantastik afslappet ferie i et skønt hus.

Traumhaus

Wir haben im August zusammen mit Freunden hier Urlaub gemacht, und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet, das Anwesen traumhaft. Dank der großen, überdachten Terrasse kann man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen. Innerhalb von max. einer halben Stunde waren wir in diversen netten kleinen Orten mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Verwalter, Bernard, war sehr bemüht und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Wundervolle Villa weit ab vom Trubel

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Sehr ruhig gelegen und weit ab von überfüllten Anlagen. Nette Betreuer vor Ort die immer bereit waren zu Helfen.

Wunderschöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 6 & 10) waren vom 25.07.-08.08.2020 Gäste in der wunderschönen Villa von Tania & Bernard. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen & haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig im kleinen Ort Krmed, Supermarkt & Restaurants findet man im benachbarten Ort Bale (wunderschöner Ort, das Restaurant „La Grisa“ war unser Lieblingstestaurant!). Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet & sehr sauber. Im EG befindet sich eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Wohn-Esszimmer, ein SZ & ein Duschbad mit Waschmaschine. Im OG gibt es noch 2 weitere SZ & ein großes modernes Bad mit Badewanne. Die SZ & das Wohn-Esszimmer sind klimatisiert, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen super war! 👍 Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt mit einem wunderschönen & großzügigen Pool & einem überdachten Essplatz im Freien. Darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen Außengrill, den wir während unseres Aufenthalts aber nicht genutzt haben. Für Grillfans top!👍Besonders schön fanden wir auch die Schwalbennester, die zum Teil auch bewohnt waren. ☺️Krmed bietet Ruhe & viel Natur, Strände & viele schöne Orte sind sehr gut & schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Fragen standen uns die sehr netten Vermieter Tania & Bernard jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt & haben unseren ersten Urlaub in Kroatien wirklich sehr genossen, trotz dieser sehr speziellen „Corona-Zeit“. Neben dem wunderschönen Haus mit erfrischendem tollen Pool wird uns das wunderschöne Rovinj & die tolle Natur mit den wunderschönen (Stein)Stränden ganz besonders in Erinnerung bleiben! Traumhaftes Haus in einer ruhigen Umgebung

Das Haus befindet sich circa 15 km von Rovinj entfernt. Es ist jeglicher Hinsicht perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und lässt schlicht und weg keine Wünsche offen. Ideal zum entspannen oder mit Kindern. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, das Grundstück ist vollständig eingezäunt, somit dahingehend auch keinerlei Probleme. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, der Pool ist ab 14:00 Uhr mittags bereits im Schatten und heizt Sicht dem entsprechend nicht arg auf. Wir waren am Pfingsten dort, die Wassertemperatur lag definitiv weit unter 20°.

Pure rust in een ideale uitvalshoek

Alle trekpleisters van Istrie op ongeveer een halfuurtje rijden van deze plek waar je je alleen op de wereld waant. Gastvrije ontvangst, prima zwembad en goed uitgeruste keuken... Het zwembad ligt in de voortuin, dit stoorde totaal niet want in deze straat moeten enkel de bewoners zijn ( en er staan slechts een zestal huizen ) Zeer goed verblijf !

Sehr schöne Gegend!

Der Urlaub war richtig toll und aufregend. Es hätten keine 3 Wochen genügt um sich alles da an zu sehen. Das Haus war sehr ordentlich und gut in Schuss in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Komonikation mit den Vermietern war sehr einfach und freundlich. Vielen Dank und sehr gern wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Objekt und sehr netten Vermieter, war immer mit guten Tipps und schnellen Service wenn mal was nicht geklappt hatte. Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Krmed (Nähe Pula und Rovinj), gute Ausstattung, geräumige Zimmer, sehr gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich und der Pool sind sehr schön und gepflegt gewesen.
