El sol lo rodea en este campo de golf / laguna de cuatro dormitorios, 3. 5 baños de belleza con vista al mar, a solo minutos de la playa. En la planta baja, en este plano de planta inversa, hay cuatro dormitorios; dos son reyes con acceso privado al porche de la pantalla. El primero cuenta con un baño privado, el segundo comparte un Jack y Jill con el tercer dormitorio que está amueblado con una cama doble y una individual. La habitación con literas tiene capacidad para cuatro y usa un baño justo afuera de su puerta. El porche trasero ofrece un santuario tranquilo, acurrucándose en la cresta arbolada de las dunas de la isla. Arriba, te encantarán los acabados de madera y el plano de planta abierto que ofrece dos espacios de estar, uno con chimenea y el otro con acceso a la terraza. La cocina cuenta con un montón de espacio de preparación, así como una barra envolvente para seis personas. El amplio comedor tiene capacidad para ocho personas pero puede acomodar más fácilmente. Clean, great floor plan for our family

Clean house, comfortable beds. Loved the layout for our 6 kids.AC wasn't working well and WWP had it fixed immediately for us. Nice 6 seater and 4 seater golf cart. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Hope to come back!

Comfortable living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms. A couple amenities could be updated such as outside hose on drive for rinsing feet, upgrading beach chairs for renters As well as a starter liquid dish sink soap available. Would rent again for price value and overall comfort plus location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first day we arrived there were six roaches in different spots of the home. I sent a message regarding them and no response. The entire time we were there we would wake up and have to kill roaches. Such a horrible thing when paying so much for a home. Extremely disappointed. Internet modem broke and they couldn’t fix it.

Our extended family was close by on Starrush trail! Also , close to BHI pool ! We definitely want to rent again and wish we could have stayed longer ! It was my 40 year on the island and my daughter’s 30 year and 30 birthday . Thank you again!

Still a great Thanksgiving on BHI - we’ve been coming since 2002 - but there was a dip regarding the amenities and rental services this year. The house was clean but is deficient in kitchen-wares (no measuring cups, cake pans, etc). The golf carts both died multiple times despite being charged, and our welcome-pack had materials from years before. The house has promise; definitely had a fun week. But the experience needed some TLC on multiple fronts.

The house was clean, roomy and in a great location. It was pretty well stocked with everything we needed except pans. No complaints except for the following: The 6 seater golf cart was extremely slow and stopped charging on labor day and it was not replaced until the next day. Unfortunately we had 8 people and a 4 seater golf cart to deal with that created a lot of issues for our family and getting people where they wanted to go. The rental agency did not have a solution as they said they had no one on the island to repair it that afternoon. The replacement was good but then they exchanged the rental for the original golf cart on Wednesday and it was as slow or slower than before. Trash was never picked up at the house. The cans were full when we arrived and there was no where to put our garage so it was stacked outside. Construction workers showed up unannounced to fix a door outside of the master bedroom at 7:15 am one morning and woke us all up. The 4 bicycles had tire issues so they couldn’t be used.

So far not great. Happy to review when we leave, but all appliances, bathrooms are dated. Sofas are dirty. Upper deck should have patio table or more chairs. Needs to be stocked better. So far we prefer most of the other BHI houses. Let’s don’t work.

We stayed in Southard Comfort. location was nice however this property is a true rental and needs updating. Exterior doors are rotting, furniture is very dirty, landscape is over grown and golf carts weren't great. experienced some issues while vacationing and WW worked to resole the problems. this would be a great house if it was updated.
