Das Haus wurde 2021 renoviert: - neuer Innenanstrich - Fenster-, Balkon- und Eingangstüren wurden erneuert!! Überall Fliegengitter an Fenster und Türen!! Pluspunkt!! Das Haus sieht also besser aus als auf dem Foto. Die Inneneinrichtung ist die Alte geblieben, ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoß ist sehr reparaturbedürftig ... Die neu eingebauten Fenster sorgen im Inneren für mehr Ruhe.

Werte Damen und Herren, wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Haus.Es war damals schon spartanisch eingerichtet.Wir schätzen die Nähe zum See,aber im Haus hat sich nichts geändert.Das Haus ist für das Geld überbewertet. MfG Norbert Gehrmann

Alt und abgewohnt

Mobiliar alt und abgewohnt,hinter den Wandteppichen hingen tote Fliegen. Die Treppe war sehr gefährlich für Kinder/Hund. Die Bäder notdürftig, kein vernünftiger Spiegel da, teilweise ohne Steckdose. Die Wanne hatte keine Beschichtung mehr. Die Bettwäsche passte nicht zur Größe der Betten,man konnte den Bezug der Liege am Rücken spüren weil das Bettlaken so dünn war. Im Erdgeschoss gab es keine großen Schränke/ kaum Stauraum. Fernseher ging nicht, nur Radioempfang durch Receiver. Garten klein.

Schöne Unterkunft, besonders für Hunde

Wir waren mit 2 Hunden und 4 Personen dort. Es ist ein tolles großes Grundstück welches komplett eingezäunt ist, somit konnten die Hunde den ganzen Tag draußen sein. Der große Garten ist wirklich schön er bietet Sitzgelegenheiten und 2 Liegen. Die Möbel und die Ausstattung sind relativ alt. Die Bilder von dem Haus sind sehr gut fotografiert, das Haus ist innen recht dunkel und nicht so groß wie es auf den Bildern wirkt. Leider war es innen relativ unsauber, die Bäder und das Geschirr zb.

Haus sieht auf dem Bild wesentlich besser aus, da schon in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus war sicher Standard, aber nicht mehr. Wir hatten Pech, dass anscheinend vor uns nicht richtig geputzt wurde, es gab 2 große Nester mit fliegenden Ameisen in der Küche, was gerade bei Ankunft sehr eklig war. Es gab auch leichte bauliche Mängel, die anscheinend bekannt waren, aber keine Zeit war, diese zu beheben (tropfender Waschbeckenablauf mit Eimer drunter etc.) und vor allem total versifter Backofen, den wir nicht benutzt haben. Vermieterin war sehr nett und bemüht, kam gleich und hat es damit entschuldigt, dass zwischen Vormieter und uns keine Zeit war, etwas zu machen. Hat auch sofort Insektenspray bezahlt. Geschirr war erfreulicherweise ausreichend vorhanden, großer eingezäunter Garten war ideal für Kind und Hund, wenn man den Trick raus hatte das beschädigte Schloss zu schließen. Mülltrennung war leider nicht möglich, da nur eine graue Tonne vorhanden war und wir keine Container gefunden haben. Ansonsten ist Urlaub in Ungarn schön.

In der Wohnung gab es Ungeziefer. Es wurde damit begründet, dass aufgrund des Gästewechsels keine Zeit zum Reinigen bzw, zum Reparieren war.
