The house is located about 40 m from Lake Balaton in a quiet side street. In about 2 minutes walk you can reach a small, private beach, in a few minutes the outdoor pool. The house is bright and friendly, elegant and cozy. The equipment and location in our holiday home leave nothing to be desired for relaxing holidays! The house has its own terrace, deck chairs in the garden invite you to linger and there is also a barbecue area. The living area is divided into a living-dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, there is a small bathroom with shower. All rooms were renovated in early 2007 and offer the pleasant comfort for 2 adults with children and possibly 3 adults. A new stove creates a warm atmosphere even on cooler days. Travel cot, high chair and toilet seat can stay at home. The sunsets and the view of the beautiful north shore are breathtaking. We are looking forward to your visit!

Schönes Objekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern. Garten mit vielen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Sehr schnell erreichbarer Strand. Alles in kurzen Wegen möglich zu erreichen (Lebensmittel, Restaurant)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserer Unterkunft. Es ist alles sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles, was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um die Belange der Urlauber. Der kurze Weg zum Steg ist machbar und es ist dort nicht so überlaufen, wie am Strand. Schön ist auch, dass zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.In der Unterkunft ist alles genau wie beschrieben!Vermieter sehr nett. Die Dusche ist etwas klein aber das geht schon.Der PKW Stellplatz ist etwas klein weil die Hecken mal geschnitten werden müssten aber sonst sehr schön!optimal 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder

Wir waren zu Zweit mit unseren 2 Hundedamen für 3 Wochen in dem Häuschen. Alles was man benötigt war verfügbar und sauber. Wir haben uns super erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhäuschen für Familien auch mit Hund
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist klein aber fein. Wir hatten mit zwei Erwachsenen, zwei kleinen Kindern und Hund genug Platz. Der Garten ist ausreichend groß und komplett eingezäunt, mit Kindern und Hund top. Die Pkw Einfahrt ist ein wenig tricky, aber machbar (Ford Galaxy mit Dachträger). Das Warmwasser wird mit einer Gastherme erzeugt und erfordert ein wenig Vorsicht. Die Klimaanlage ist neu und funktioniert einwandfrei. Der nächst größere Ort bietet Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern war er aber nur mit dem Pkw erreichbar. Der Privatstrand war für uns nicht geeignet, da es sich eigentlich um einen Steg ins Wasser handelt. Allerdings sind zwei Strände mit Liegeplätzen / Wiese auch mit Kids zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Ich kann das Objekt mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Nettes Häuschen mit tollem Garten
Das Häuschen ist relativ klein, eher rustikal eingerichtet. Für zwei Erwachsene mit Hund gut passend. Das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist sehr klein, das 2. Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten groß. Bad, v.a. Dusche sind sehr klein, die Mischbatterie sollte vielleicht ersetzt werden (Temperatureinstellung funktioniert nicht richtig). Da wir die Gastgeber bei Abreise nicht gesehen haben, konnten wir ihnen dies nicht direkt mitteilen. Nach den vorangegangenen Bewertungen vermute ich, dass die Gastgeber hier auch tätig werden. Zusätzlich zum Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank ist noch ein kleiner Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, die bei den hohen Außentemperaturen wirklich angenehm war. Der Garten ist toll. Hoher Zaun, schöne Rasenfläche, Grill und überdachte Sitzfläche sind vorhanden. Es gibt Fahrräder, die den Gästen zur Verfügung stehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad, je nach Geschäft, nur zwischen 1 und 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch der Pier kann zu Fuss in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Stege vor der Haustür sind für Hunde nicht zugänglich. Sehr nette Nachbarschaft und Gastgeber. Unser Urlaub war Ende Juni und viele Geschäfte haben gerade erst geöffnet (außerhalb der Saison geschlossen). Insgesamt haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
