For having paid ALOT of money, this place needs ALOT of maintenance. Drains were clogged, cabinets were a little dirty, barely any warm water for showers, loose bathroom toilet seats, a stove that doesnt stop ticking after the fire comes on, a mix of dirty and clean dishes in the cabinets, a dirty bathroom outside, the garage smelling like gas, visible mouse straps that were easily accessible to small children, a door that was very hard to close on the balcony, strict checkout rules. And worst of all, a pool that would cause some electrical shock (which ended up being from the pool pump), something that ended being inconvenient because the pool was a huge reason we booked for the people who had small children. When we arrived, the AC wasn't working on the first floor (living room/kitchen) and it also wasn't working on one of the rooms upstairs (again, also an inconvenience as no one was able to use that specific room that night). Thankfully, the host does respond quickly, and got the AC figured out the next day (pool didn't get figured out until the next night). However, I do think all of this should have been crossed checked before our arrival. The place is big, which is nice. But all those little things really made our family planned trip more stressful than it had to be. My favorite things about this place was the baby gate on the second floor and the auto shut mechanism the backyard door has (for people with children). THIS PLACE NEEDS MAINTENACE.
