High in the mountains, surrounded by lush jungle, Vivara centers around a striking main house topped with a private penthouse retreat offering sweeping ocean views. Nearby, five secluded villas give guests their own slice of privacy — each a self-contained escape, steps from the main house yet completely its own world. Each villa sleeps two in a luxurious king bed, and the property is anchored by a large swimming pool and jacuzzi, a bar and lounge area, a full kitchen, and gardens that open to sunset ocean views.

Main House- The Heart of Vivara, Spacious 2-Bedroom Luxury. Set entirely on one floor, the Main House is where Vivara comes alive — comfort and space designed for effortless togetherness. Guests enjoy full access to all on-property amenities, including a resort-style pool with jacuzzi, a Zen lounge, and swim-up bar seating. The spacious kitchen is available for self-catering, or our talented chefs can prepare meals for you — we're happy to stock or empty the bar based on your retreat's needs. Our new rooftop deck, equipped with its own kitchen, offers an open-air entertaining space and the perfect setting for a sunset yoga class.
