The hotel is lovely. Very clean and quiet. We are finding that in Italy there are not many handicap rooms or parking spaces. Our room is extremely small. We needed a shower without a bathtub for my husband.

The property was wonderful, a joy to explore. Most of the staff proved excellent and eager to accommodate our needs. The property is far enough away from the busy downtown Florence area to be quiet & peaceful. The staff helped us set up taxis when needed or, of course, sign us up for the hotel's shuttle bus that runs three times a day to the city center. All-in-all, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Absolutely refreshing and perfect. It was a beautiful relaxing place. It was magical. Everything was beyond my expectations. The reception area and the lobby was lije a fancy museum. This was a 10/10 hotel experience. The property and grounds are beautiful and peaceful, the staff is incredibly helpful and the restaurant on site was fantastic! Would absolutely stay here again.
