This penthouse, built in 2010, is siutated in Muntiggioni, a tyoical Sardinian village on the hills, overlooking the bay area and vineyards of Badesi. The sandy beach of Badesi is more than 10 km long and can be reached by car in a few minutes. The midieval Castelsardo, the marina of Isola Rossa, hot springs and many gorgeous beaches and coves are only a few km away. The living area of the apartment is bright and equpped with Sat-TV and a stereo. The open space kitchen is lavishly appointed. Both bed rooms have are individually finished. Mattresses, slatted frames, duvets (four seasons) ensure your sleeping comfort. The bath rooms are made in Sardinian style. The penthouse consists also of two covered verandas and a large, open terrace with a pergola. The air condition can be silently run in two functions: cold or warm. In addition a pellet oven is installed in the living rooms for the winter or cool evenings.
