Nice little holiday house in a prime old town location, newly 2017

House for 4 people, on 2 floors:
The ground floor houses the new and fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 people. You'll also find a pantry and a cloakroom. You will find everything you want in a kitchen. Whether you want to prepare a snack or a 3-course menu - in this house you can do that with pleasure.
Also located on the ground floor the bathroom, here you can look forward to a veritable shower experience thanks to the new rainshower. The staircase with stainless steel railing takes you through the gallery in both bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. In the room there is a large closet, the other a chest of drawers and a clothes rail are available.
Sheets and towels are of course ready for you.
About the larger bedroom you reach the balcony.
In the upper floor there is a sperate toilet.
You also have the opportunity to relax in the cozy and always well-kept garden.
In both bedrooms, as well as in the kitchen there is a Smart TV incl. Netflix with satellite reception and Wi-Fi access.

The house is located in the Fuchsengasse, a very quiet street from where you can reach the city center in a few minutes.

Perfect place

Perfect little place to spend our week in Germany. Very close to Rothenburg and was the perfect location for many day trips to other areas we wanted to see. The host was awesome and made you feel at home and answered any questions. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful home in great location.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was immaculate and very comfortable. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. The location is great for exploring the town and a good location for day trips to Rothenburg, Nuremberg and Würzburg. We appreciated being able to do laundry. Thanks, Diane and Horst!

Small house in the middle of town

We were met by Diane, who showed us the house. It was just as the pictures show. She had filled the kitchen with everything, so much food and all the coffee and the that we could drink! She was a great host! We had a lovely stay in Bad Windsheim. The house is in the middle of town and we took a loy of walks around the beautiful streets. We even saw a pair of storks with a chick in a nest just a few streets from the house. We can only recommened the house to others and would love to come back sometime!

Great place to stay! Owner was very hospitable! A variety of coffee and tea were provided.

The place is immaculate. The decor is really beautiful! The adorable (and historic) downtown was walking distance. The train station is also about a 10 minute walk. The owner, Diana was very friendly and when she saw us starting to walk to the train station, she gave us a ride and let us use her portable umbrella. She also offered to pick us up. She let us use her beach towels and duffle bag to go to the spa. She lived close, but respected privacy. She is fluent in English. It was convenient to be able to wash and dry clothes. Everything is very modern. Roomy bedrooms. 3 large TVs. Very modern and large shower. Private parking right outside the door. Gated yard with nice patio set and lovely flowers. Windows all had blinds that could go up or down. The windows can be vented or opened fully. Nearby cities were great day trips! Rothenburg on der Tauber, Würzburg, and Nuremberg were all close. It is in between Frankfurt and Munich.

Wir sind davon ausgeganen, dass ein Duschbad im EG ein WC beinhaltet. Dies war nicht so. Die Toilette war nur im OG. Für leicht Gehbehinderte nicht schön. Das Duschbad roch muffig und die kleine Lüftung brauchte Stunden um die Feuchtigkeit zu vertreiben.Die Matratzen waren okay aber die Holzbetten haben fürchterlich geknarrt.Wir haben uns auch nicht wohlgefühlt, da das Häuschen verschattet war im September und auch draußen keine schöne Aufenthaltsqualität hatte. Stichwort: Präsentierteller. Zudem fehlte uns eine bequeme Couch. Die Relaxsessel waren für uns persönlich kein Ersatz.Positiv waren der Parkplatz und die gute Küchenausstattung und das einwandfreie Wlan.Wir sind 3 Tage vorher abgereist.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Quartier ist perfekt, modern und liebevoll mit wertiger Ausstattung sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Besonders lobenswert: Verbrauchsutensilien des täglichen Bedarfs waren in sehr ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die sympathische und unkomplizierte Vermieterin hat uns freundlich empfangen und die Hausregeln sowie andere Details ausführlich erklärt.
