Beautiful holiday flats in one house! You are together as a group and yet a little separated. Two independent 3-room flats are located on the ground floor on the left and right, a 4-room holiday flat with only bedrooms and bathroom above can be booked together with the two ground floor flats. The room layout is very practical, everything is bright and "big" enough, nice balconies for each flat to get some fresh air without having to go outside in the crisp Harz weather! I love the Harz mountains so I want to share this with my guests and convey this love to them. Steina is by far one of the quietest places in the southern Harz/Harz. It is a dead-end village without any through traffic! The holiday home is even a little off the road in a quiet cul-de-sac by a rushing torrent. Nevertheless, Steina is sensationally well situated for reaching the spa town of Bad Sachsa in two kilometres over the mountain. Almost everything can be found there. From the ski area to the famous Harz Falkenhof, which is well worth a visit, the Märchengrund tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the Priorteich natural swimming pond, an ice rink, a children's adventure centre, endless shopping opportunities and at least 5 affordable supermarkets, many delicious restaurants, a great spa park (if you need one in the wooded Harz Mountains) and much more. Museums, wonderfully varied hiking landscapes Monasteries Ruins History Cycle routes Nature Nature Nature Clean air and water and peace and quiet! Languages spoken: German, English, Swedish Also ideal as a starting point for cycling tours with e-bikes. From here you can be in Bad Sachsa or Bad Lauterberg in 2km, you can even start from here to the Brocken - almost without having to cross a road - all surrounded by the Harz forest.

Situated in the quiet valley of the Steina. Large car park opposite the house, as each flat has a large balcony, the direct use of the garden is not provided, as you are surrounded by nature all around.

Fully furnished holiday flats except for bed linen, towels and toilet paper and other personal hygiene articles - these are to be brought by the guests themselves.

Very conveniently located for exploring all the excursion destinations in the southern Harz. Bad Lauterberg and Bad Sachsa are very easy to reach by electric bike, otherwise use your own car or free bus connections thanks to the spa card.

Simple, solid furnishings. Play facilities in the basement table football billiards fitness and air hockey and in the house one of the four flats is permanently inhabited by another owner who has nothing to do with the letting.
