Unser DLG-prämierter Bauernhof bietet ganzjährig komfortable Appartements und Ferienwohnungen (38 - 110 qm) für 2-5 Personen und liegt im Feriendreieck Bad Reichenhall - Berchtesgaden - Salzburg. Alle Wohnungen sind mit Balkon, Radio, Fernsehen und Telefon ausgestattet. Der Kleinreiterhof, urkundlich bestätigt seit 1650, befindet sich seit 1805 im Besitz unserer Familie. 1993 wurde die Hofstelle neu errichtet und seitdem als land- und forstwirtschaftlicher Betrieb extensiv bewirtschaftet.
Großzügige, exklusive Ferienwohnung mit 2-seitigen Balkon und freien Panoramablick. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, extra Wohnküche, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und extra WC. ca. 110 qm.

Wonderful farm in an excellent location!

The Kleinreiterhof farm is an outstanding getaway with easy access to all of Berchtesgadener Land and Salzburg. Apartment was wonderfully furnished (including all you need for the kitchen - which many other places lack). Free bikes to use as well as a ping-pong table and a small playground. Bunnies roam freely on the property, and goats/cows/pigs/chickens are kept onsite. Bedrooms have rolladens which make for a great night of sleep along with high quality duvets. Bring your own pillows if you don't like the traditional German oversized, but not very dense, pillows! Property has views to farmer fields and the smaller mountains of BGL. Bike paths directly accessible from the property. Grocery stores 4 minutes away in Bad Reichenhall. Despite the tranquil location, there was a fair amount of highway noise, since it is very close to B20/B21 highways. The only real downside for our family was that we booked a 3BR apartment online and arrived to discover it had been double-booked, and we were placed in a 2BR apartment (albeit a very nice one).

Volle Zufriedenheit

Die Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht auf den Untersberg haben wir genossen. Unsere Kinder haben die Freiheit und die gute Ausstattung des Hofes mit Spielgeräten ausgiebig genutzt. Fahrstrecken in die umliegenden touristischen Gebiete (NP Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg) sind kurz. Die Geräusche des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebes und der nahen Bundesstraße haben wir nicht als störend wahrgenommen.
