Great hotel, super breakfast, on Arriva the 3rd bed wasent available i out room, so the helpful receptionist quickly transferred is to a room with the 3rd bed and gave us complementary minibar. If i had to nidpick the the pool was a couple degrees colder than advertised

Das Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen. 4 Sterne? Renovierung und Sanierung unbedingt notwendig. Zurzeit entsteht neben dem Hotel eine Ferienhaussiedlung. Baulärm. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, auf den Fluren, im Fahrstuhl und der Badelandschaft muss extrem verbessert werden. 9 Nächte im Hotel und nicht einmal wurde die Bettwäsche getauscht. Restaurant nur zum Frühstück und Abendessen geöffnet. Tagsüber gibt es keine Verköstigung (Kaffee, Kuchen, kleiner Snack, Getränke). Kleiner Kühlschrank als Minibar auf dem Zimmer. Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag ab 14:00 Uhr Kaffee und Kuchen. Wählen kann man zwischen Kirschkuchen oder Käsekuchen. Könnte aus dem Supermarkt sein. Rechnung im Restaurant können nicht auf das Zimmergebucht werden. Barzahlung oder EC-Karte. Musik zu den Tischzeiten absolut daneben. Geworben wird mit FährhausSpa Beauty und Wellness. Sehr enttäuscht, Termine nicht über das Hotel buchbar, können nur über den Masseur und medizinischen Bademeister gebucht werden und müssen bar bezahlt werden. Einen Termin für Aqua-Fit-Wassergymnastik zu bekommen, war nicht möglich. Angeblich ausgebucht. Ich könnte selbst im Becken ein paar Übungen machen, habe ich als Antwort erhalten. Kurse haben m. E. nicht stattgefunden. Die Bedienung der Gäste im Restaurant war freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das Personal an der Reception bemühte sich um die Gäste. Wie kannso ein Hotel 4 Sterne haben?

Der Zustand der Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber ,die Matratzen waren super ! In unserem ersten Zimmer hatten wir sogar eine Klimaanlage.Nachts konnten wir das Fenster dank eines Fliegennetzes weit öffen und so die kühle Nachtluft in das Zimmer lassen . Beim Frühstück am Montag war der Aufschnitt nicht appetitlich, Schinken trocken, Salami grau und Kasseler schmierig ,sehr schade

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem schön.

Nun ja, man sieht dem Hotel die Jahre bereits an. Normal würden wir als Familie hier nicht mehr nächtigen, aber nach 1000 km Autofahrt, wollten wir einfach irgendwo stoppen. Wir haben ein Familienzimmer gebucht und bekamen anscheinend so eine Art Hochzeits-Suite oder einfach ein unglaublich großes Familienzimmer mit elektrischen Betten und großer Whirlpool-Badewanne. Auch hier: Alles nicht mehr ganz neu (Autoradio als Badradio einfach von außen in den Schrank gesteckt...), aber alles tadellos sauber. Das Personal war urig aber freundlich. Das Frühstück gut, könnte mit frischen Kaffee- und Eierspezialitäten perfekt sein. Ein Highlight tatsächlich der Innen-Pool mit Spa-Bereich. Alles in Allem wurden wir von diesem Hotel positiv überrascht.

A good friendly independent hotel we were very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the room and the staff were very helpful. It was great to have pool , sauna, steam room and fitness suite. The breakfast was also very good the only minor frustration was that the WIFI connectivity was intermittent during our stay and there were blindspots were it was difficult to connect but overall we would definitely come back here.

3-night stay in a beautiful Bad Bevensen

I stayed 3 nights at Ringhotel Fährhaus with my husband in July. We had a classic doubleroom on the ground floor, facing Dahlenburger Strasse. Our room rate included breakfast, which we deemed excellent. Our room was spacious enough and had a good bathroom with two sinks. The decorations and furniture in the room seem to follow the style from 1990’s/early 2000’s, but generally the room was in a neat condition. The only things we could fault was that there was a large spider web hanging from the ceiling as well as the lack of any type of a/c. It was +30 degrees outside in the middle of July and at least the same indoors. Luckily the window in the room could be opened, which helped the situation to some extent. We did not use the restaurant or the bowling alley, but visited the spa area, has a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas, all and clean and comfortable. The staff at reception and in the restaurant during the breakfast were friendly and very helpful. We did not have to wait to be served. Also, as we are in our fourties, and knowing that Bad Bevensen is often visited by more senior people, it was nice to note that there were also other couples at our age staying in the hotel. Overall, we had a good and relaxing stay in the spa town of Bad Bevensen; the only issue was the temperature in the room during a heat wave. Lidt støvet, men hyggeligt

Det var et godt hotel, som lå fint ud til en skov. Umiddelbart så alt fint og rent ud, men ville man lægge sit tøj i skabet blev det helt støvet, også under radiatorerne var der støv, som havde lagt der i mange dage. Gode senge, men sengelamperne var så store at de kunne oplyse hele soveværelset. Der skulle være mørklægningsgardiner for vinduerne - det var der også på den første halvdel og ingen på den nederste del af skråvinduer, Den daglige rengøring var mangelfuld, hovedpuden blev ikke rystet og gulvet og håndvasken ikke rentgjort. Personalet i restauranter var høflige og flinke men man fik ikke altid det man bestilte. Maden var udmærket. Wellness området var fint og rent. Personalet var ikke særlig synlig og det var som om der manglede en som havde det store overblik. Men meget hyggeligt.
