In einem gemütlichen Ambiente aus Holz bietet es auf 40 m² Platz für 1-4 Erwachsene oder 1-2 Erwachsene und 1-2 Kinder. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch, Kühlschrank, Kaffeevollautomat, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Backofen, E-Herd, Heißluft-Fritteuse und Geschirrspüler.
Für gemütliche Fernsehabende auf dem Schlafsofa steht ein Smart TV zur Verfügung.
Das geräumige Bad lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Eine Walk-In-Dusche, ein Waschbecken, WC und Einbauschrank mit integrierter Sitzgelegenheit sorgen für eine bequeme Nutzung.
Das Schlafzimmer lädt mit seinem großen Boxspringbett zum Träumen ein. In dem vorhandenen Einbauschrank ist genügend Stauraum für Kleidung, ein kleiner Schreibtisch bietet die Möglichkeit, sich u. a. für Home-Office zurückzuziehen.
Alle Fenster verfügen über blickdichte Plissees. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich zusätzliche Verdunklungsrollos.
Auf der gemütlichen Außenterrasse kann man den Tag mit einem ausgiebigen Frühstück beginnen und den Abend bei Sonnenuntergang ausklingen lassen.

Der Twistesee lädt zum Schwimmen und mit seinem rund 7 km langen autofreien Rundweg auch zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Er ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad von uns in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Neben einem kostenlosen Strandbad mit großem Sandstrand und Kiosk, vielen Liegewiesen inkl. FKK-Bereich, Tretboot fahren und einer Wasserskianlage, laden mehrere gastronomische Betriebe im Ort zum Verweilen ein. Oberhalb des Sees liegt ein Golfplatz.
Die Innenstadt des barocken Städtchens Bad Arolsen ist 4 km entfernt und u. a. auch mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Dort erwarten euch das fürstliche Schloß, Museen, Restaurants, Cafés, das Freizeitbad „Arobella“ und ein großes Angebot von Geschäften.
