On the second floor of our newly built farmhouse, you’ll find two spacious vacation apartments, each with two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a bathroom. The apartments feature their own balcony and a garden with a grill area, seating area, lounge chairs, and a playground. We provide a lockable storage room for your bicycles or sports equipment.
You can set out on various excursions on foot or by bike directly from our farm. The nearby spa town of Bad Aibling is just 3 km away and accessible via a car-free bike path. You can leave the car behind during your vacation.
We offer a bread roll delivery service as well as a beverage service. For local shopping, there’s a butcher shop in town. The cool “Willinger Weiher” pond, next to the Mangfall River, is a great spot for swimming.
The “Kastanie” vacation rental is 91 m² in size. The 8-square-meter balcony, complete with seating, offers an unobstructed view to the east toward the mountain range. The apartment is suitable for 2–4 people. From the 22-square-meter master bedroom, which also features a walk-in closet, you can step directly onto the balcony. The double bed measures 2 x 2 m. A crib could also be accommodated here. The 37-square-meter kitchen-living room, featuring exposed rafters, is fully equipped. The dining area with a corner bench and two sofas invites you to read, relax, and linger. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition, as well as towels and a hair dryer. The children “sleep under the starry sky” in 1 x 2 m beds with canopy beds. The vacation rental is named after the 90-year-old chestnut tree.
