• NO SMOKING in the unit/house. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.

• No smoking and cooking of food with strong smells. In the event that you need to cook, please open the windows and turn the range hood exhaust.
