Masa ve bar hizmeti berbat. geç kaldınızmı yemek yok çay yok içecek yok. oda temizliği 5 günde 1 sefer geldiler temizlik berbat. havuz temizliği yetersiz yosunlu. otelin önündeki plaj çakma. sahilden giremezsiniz batak saplanıp kalırsınız. platfomdan girebilirsiniz oda denizin aşırı yosunlu. deniz soğuk (ağustos ayında) herkez havuzda. sarımsakl plajı güzel. fakat plajda konaklama ve bar hizmetı berbat. kısaca geçirdiğim en berbat tatil.

Otelin bulunduğu bölge ve tesis çok güzel. civardaki çoğu otel sadece bir binadan oluşmasına rağmen washington hotel sahip olduğu geniş ve yeşil kullanım alanıyla diğerlerinden farklı görünüyor. Tam küçük çocuklu ailelerin isteyebileceği türden bir yer. Ancak oteldeki hizmete tamamen kötü diyemesem de genel olarak bir bezmişlik, hizmette aksaklık, basitlik göze çarpıyor. Belki idarenin beceriksizliği belki de çalışanların bezmişliği buna sebep olabilir aralarında nasıl bir ilişki var bilemiyorum ama daha hoş bir hizmet sağlanabilirdi.

Tabak bardak kaşıklar kirliydi hep aynı yemekler çıkıyor ve azıcık gecikince yemek kalmıyor oda temizliği düzenli yapılıyor animatör ve bir çocuk biz oradayken yandı bu çok korkutucuydu ve tedbirsizdiler

İlkgün saat 13:45 te otele geldik odamız 15:00 da hazır oldu. Yemekleri çok hiç iyi değildi. Sahili hiç temizlenmiyor. Otel korudorlarına bırakılan yiyeçek içecek malzemeleri hiç toplanmıyor temizlenmiyor. 20.07.2019 günü sahildeki eğlencede yakılan ateşin küçük kız çocugu ve başka bir genç kıza sıçraması sonucu iki kişi çok ağır şekilde yandı ambulansla ayvalıga oradanda İzmir ve Ankara ya gönderildi çok çok üzücü bir olaydı. Gerekli önlemler önceden alınsaydı böyle bir durum yaşanmayabilirdi.

Fotograflarda daha luks gorunuyordu. Temizlik calisanlar ne yaparsa yapsin koridordaki o halilar oldugu surece hijyende bahsedilemez. Kahvalti ilk gun cok yigma idi. Biraz daha tabaklar etraf daha temiz olabilir. Calisanlarin hakkini yemeyelim, yemekhanedekiler, rezervasyondakiler mesela Mikdat gibi elemanlar olmasa ziyaretimiz kotu gecebilirdi. Cok yardimseverler ve cok caliskanlar. Ek cocuk yatagi talep ettik hemen odaya eklediler. Bu arada hotels.com dan aldigimiz rezervasyon ayni gune kadar otelin sayfasina dusmedi. insan panik oluyor. Daha senkronize bir sistem kurulabilir. birbirlerine telefon numarasi verip donderdiler beni. o kisim sorunlu. aile icin uygun ama hijyene cok dikkat edenlerdenseniz kacarsiniz. yeri sarimsakli plajina yakin. ozel servis var. Ayrilan plajdaki dus sistemi cok ilke, kurulan seyyar tuvaletin sifonu yok, tuvlaet kagidi yok, hastalik kapmamak mucize.
