Eden Charming House, is a nice apartment in a villa with independent access, spacious and comfortable that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a comfortable living room with kitchenette.

The strong point of the structure is undoubtedly the well-kept pool and the large solarium equipped with a gazebo, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, deckchairs, dining area with tables and chairs and barbecue.
The area is well served by clubs, restaurants, supermarkets and above all a stone's throw from the sea.
The ideal place for your relaxing Sicilian vacation.
In the immediate vicinity, just a few minutes' walk away, there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias and equipped beaches, supermarkets and tobacco shops. Strategic point to easily reach the main beaches and nature reserves; a few kilometers away from Syracusa-Ortigia and the Plemmirio nature reserve; Noto and the Vendicari nature reserve; Cassibile Natural Reserve - Laghetti di Cava Grande; Marzamemi and Portopale.

Possibility to book a private transfer from the nearest airports, Catania and Comiso. Direct buses from Catania airport, bus connecting with the nearest cities (Siracusa, Noto and Catania), taxis, car and bike rentals.
