La zona es muy buscada principalmente por su cristalina y aguas cristalinas. La playa es conocida como la 'Pineta de Gelsomineto' también llamado 'La Marquesa' y las fronteras en un precioso acantilado. Aquí termina el Cassibile, el río de los famosos lagos Cavagrande.
Hasta 8 personas, en un lugar rústico, totalmente amueblado, que consta de 1 salón, sala de estar, 2 dormitorios, 1 cocina con horno eléctrico, 2 nevera, TV 1satellite y wi-fi, 2 baños con ducha y lavadora. Zona al aire libre amueblada (mesas, sillas, bancos, sombrillas, hamacas y tumbonas) con: piscina (10x5 metros), al aire libre, ducha, lavabo, barbacoa, horno de leña y aparcamiento.
La ubicación es extraordinaria. La ciudad es conocida por sus largas playas de arena blanca y sus aguas cristalinas, que otorgó '5 velas' cada año por la Liga del Medio Ambiente. La comida es excelente y el vino de la zona, también se encuentra en el corazón del Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la Val di Noto y es rica en reservas naturales (Vendicari Cavagrande, Cyane, Pantalica). very relaxing holidays

We had a great stay for two beautiful weeks. The big pool with the view to the sea was amazing , so we had a lots of fun. Our childs loved the big garden with many fruit trees and also the pets. Going back home we've many discussions why we don't could have a dog too. Many thanks to Corrado for the sight-seeing tips and the warm welcome! May we see you again.

Séjour très plaisant

Corrado est un hôte extrêmement agréable et prévenant. Il y avait un souci avec la piscine et il l a réglé immédiatement, il nous a offert un repas avec de la street food sicilienne. La maison est rustique, il y avait une portée de chatons ce qui a fait la joie de mes filles. La maison est bien placée et l environnement calme.

Amazing Stay in the Avila Countryside

Our stay was perfect! The house is lovely, set amongst a sea of lemon trees. There was plenty of room for the seven people in our group and plenty of outdoor space. We loved using the pizza oven, which was amazing, and would have been content to spend most of our time on the property with the cutest dog in the world, Spillo, and the cats. However, we were given so many excellent suggestions of places to visit from Corrado that we managed to see quite a bit of Sicily’s south eastern region. We would happily return as we feel as though we just scratched the surface of amazing places to visit in Sicily. Thanks Corrado for everything! You were a wonderful host!

Erholsames, ländliches Sommerhaus

Insgesamt haben wir 10 schöne Tage im Haus verbracht. Das Grundstück ist sehr weitläufig und mit vielen Obstbäumen (v. a. Zitronen) bewachsen. Alles ist sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Die Austattung ist sizilianisch einfach aber zweckmäßig. Der Pool ist super um sich nach den Tagesausflügen zu erholen oder um zu entspannen. Top sind auch die Außendusche und die klimatisierten Zimmer. Das Haus sei aber ausschließlich Tierliebhabern empfohlen. 10 Katzen und zwei Hunde konnten auch manchmal etwas viel sein. Corrado hat sich außerordentlich gut und liebevoll um uns gekümmert und stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Insgesamt ein tolles Feriendomizil.

dream vacation

We were there with our 4 children. Already when getting out of the car the joy and reaction of the children was a dream. We had a very nice 2 weeks. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. The house corresponds to the pictures and we felt very comfortable. The highlight was the pool and the many animals.

Это безусловно исторический микс - хозяин и его дом. Теплота души и теплота дома слились воедино. Обрамлённый лимонными деревьями дом, как снаружи так и внутри хранит в себе традиции острова. Мы просыпались под пение птиц с нашим 4 летним сыном и засыпали под невероятной луной вместе с прекрасным псом Спилло. Каждому,кому не безразлично истинное гостеприимство -рекомендуем!

Stunning setting with Mediterranean views to the south and Mountains views to the north. Wow!

Traveled in late April 2018 as a family of 4, staying for 7 days. The experience of staying in an authentic Sicilian agricultural setting (the local farm co-op harvested the potatoes from the adjacent property during our stay) in a converted farmhouse, provided a truly unique appreciation of what makes Sicily so attractive and special. The outdoor spaces around the farmhouse were outstanding with lots of variety and room for everyone to have their "own space" within the lemon orchard, the pool area or the various sheltered patios. My favourite feature was the secluded outdoor shower with great views of the mountains. It makes you want to never shower indoors again! The farmhouse looks to be a faithful conversion of a rustic farmhouse with out buildings. It was full of character, very clean and highly functional with lots of room for 4 people. The outdoor grill and pizza oven (using the available pruned lemon branches for fuel) were fun accessories. The location is close to Avola making it convenient to shop, dine out and readily access the wide variety of local historical (Noto etc.) and recreational sites (beaches etc.). The owner Corrado was readily available and provided lots of valuable info regarding local sites, restaurants etc. The rest of Corrado's "team" consisting of Spillo the dog and the various cats were fun to have around the property adding to the farm like ambiance. All in all, this rental complimented and enhanced a great holiday in Sicily.

Einzigartiges Anwesen

Um ins sizilianische Leben einzutauchen eignet sich dieses Feriendomizil ganz hervorragend. Eine ruhige Lage, ein tolle Pool und einriesiges Grundstück mit einem Hund und vier Katzen lassen einen sofort entspannen. Der Vermieter ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit und gibt einem tolle Urlaubstipps.

We had a great week in the villa. Our two sons, aged 8 & 10, loved the pool, playing with the dog and cats, and climbing the big old olive tree. Corrado, the owner, comes every day to feed the animals and often brought us some local specialities as a treat. He also gives you loads of information about the surrounding area, including the best places to eat and drink. Unfortunately, a week wasn't long enough to see all of the sights... The local beach is great and only 5 minutes away so we managed to get a swim in the sea most mornings or evenings. The villa is full of charm and very clean. Plumbing in the area is a bit of an issue so you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. This took a bit of getting used and if I was going back, I'd take a box of sanitiary bags with me. Thanks for a lovely holiday Corrado, we hope to see you and Spillo again! Alison, Alan, Noah & Zach x

If you are stressed from work and everyday life just stay a week in Corrados charming farm house.

We are two couples who stayed a week in Corrados modernized farm house, and we really enjoyed it. Corrado took great care of us from the moment we arrived in Avola. He took his time to tell us about all from where to go, what to see, beautiful paradise beaches and where to shop or eat. Coming home from exploring the beautiful cities around Avola it was just wonderful to jump in the pool and then relax in the garden among flowers, lemontrees and herbs. In the evening we sat on the terrace playing cards while Spillo and cats played around us. We have one little suggestion to make this an absolute heaven: Two more sunbeds and a parasol by the pool😉👍😘

Prachtig huis

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het huis van Corrado. Veel ruimte, heerlijk zwembad, leuke voorzieningen zoals de houtoven en de barbecue, schoon, voldoende keukengerei en dergelijke. Het huis ligt wat afgelegen en daardoor heerlijk rustig in een prachtige boomgaard. Aan de rand van een natuurgebied. In een deel van Sicilie waar veel bezienswaardigheden zijn en strand in de buurt. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om overal te komen.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir haben es sehr genossen: Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß und hat Platz für 2 Familien. Der Garten ist fantastisch mit dem Pool, den schönen Sonnenterassen, von denen man sogar das Meer sehen kann und den Zitronenbäumen. Die Gastfreundschaft war unübertroffen - wir vermissen euch jetzt schon: ganz viele Grüße an den Gastgeber Corrado, Spillo (der beste Wachhund) und die Katzen ( in der Reihenfolge;). Die Lage eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung: herrliche Schluchten, schöne Städte, Nähe zum Strand und gutes Essen!

Corrado really cares! He could not have done more to make our stay more perfect Spillo the dog was great fun and the cats and new born kitten we the icing on the cake The property is stunning, beautiful gardens with an super pool and outdoor eating space with Oven and BBQ Great base for access to this region of a fantastic island. Avola has some nice places to eat and is 15 mins by car (which is a must) There is one bad review for this property - ignore it, its rubbish! Would recommend it to anyone

The perfect location for a Sicilian family holiday!

We had a wonderful Sicilian holiday, made extra special by our host Corrado who gave us lots of tips on places to visit, which restaurants to go to and even where to park. The farmhouse had everything that we needed including plenty of shaded areas to sit and enjoy alfresco dining. Our children loved Spillo the dog and Ricky the cat plus cooling down in the lovely pool. We visited Mount Etna, Ragusa, Noto and Syracusa plus many trips to the local beaches. However our favourite place we visited was Cava Grande which was truly spectacular and like no other place we have been before. Corrado made us feel most welcome and we must say a special thank you for the Aranchini which we loved. We hope to return soon. Grazie Corrado!!

Sehr nette Unterkunft, ideal für Familien

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus in Alleinlage eine wunderschöne Woche außerhalb von Avola mit unseren vier Kindern verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber sehr sauber. DieKinder hatten besonders viel Spaß in dem kleinen aber gepflegten Pool und auf der großen Terrasse beim Spielen mit Spillo, dem Hund. Das Haus liegt ideal, um den Südosten Siziliens zu erkunden. Besonders angenehm und nett war der Eigentümer Corrado, der jeden Tag vorbeikam und uns mit tollen Tipps versorgte. Eine rundum gelungene Woche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
