Air conditioned apartment, you are met with a view over Avoca Beach. The main lounge room/dining area is large, and opens to the entertainment balcony. The kitchen contains everything you could imagine for the family and Nespresso Coffee Machine. Pods not supplied.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each contain king size beds, bedroom 3 contains 2 x king single beds and bedroom 4 contains 2 sets of bunks. All bedrooms open to the large wrap around entertainment balcony, which also houses the cold outdoor shower. All linen is supplied.

The property was pet friendly but nothing was said before we checked in about pets having to stay outside which made it difficult because some days were 36 degrees! Lovely location , 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely property. Bit lacking in essentials like tea towels, dish cloths and only one set of keys for 3 people.
