We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Avila. The rental was spacious and very clean. Good walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. I would recommend this place to friends!

40th birthday / family vacation

Our family comes to Avila Beach once a year for a beach vacation and this was by far the best place we've stayed! The location was outstanding.

A Great Stay

It was our last family vacation before our son heads off to law school. The location was great, the 4 bedrooms were perfect for the 4 couples, and it gave us the restful time we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Getaway

Casa Blanca is in a great location it is so close to the beach and shops in Avila Beach. The property was clean and accommodated our family easily. We enjoyed the patio and outside for pit in the evenings. Overall an excellent stay and we would go back again!

Spacious, new, awesome for any group

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. All host communication was timely and easy to follow.The 4 kiddos in our group loved that they could walk down to the boardwalk on their own. We all loved that each of the 3 large bedrooms had their own full bath. We can’t wait to stay again. 10 out of 10!

Brought family to town for son's graduation from Cal Poly. House was very nice and in a convenient location. Easy access with garage door openers not expected but a very nice touch! Outdoor fire pit was a bit hit also.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We selected this rental for its convenient location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Avila Beach. There was enough parking for our three vehicles - two in the garage and one on the side of the home. There was also room for our ebikes and kayaks in the garage. Access to the street is gated, so the general public can't take the parking spots (which is nice when parking in Avila can be hard to find). There's also parking available in front of the unit, but it's not guaranteed. We liked that three of the bedrooms had their own en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom (on the garage level) didn't have a bathroom. There's also a half bath on the main floor (no shower/tub) with a toilet and sink. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dinnerware, glassware, utensils, serving dishes, etc. There's a wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, and a football, plus beach towels in the laundry room. While there isn't a beach view from the balconies (they overlook a parking lot), it's pretty quiet in the early mornings and evenings (when the lots are empty). We look forward to staying here again.

Close enough to easily walk to the beach, but far enough away that it was quiet. It had everything we needed. It's nice to have a main floor bedroom for the great grandparents. And working with Seven Sisters always makes everything easier.

The Seven Sisters Vaction Rentals made everything so easy, providing driving directions, entry codes and a simple check out. Casa Blanca is waking distant to the beach, town, restuarants, golf, and biking/ walking paths. We highly would recommend it for a family vacation destination.

The location of the home is pretty central (1 block to the golf course and 1 block to the beach). The rooms were very nice and all the amenities were great. Dealing with Seven Sisters overall was flawless and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a multi generation family from 4 months old to 90 yrs old and the house worked well for everyone. The location can’t be beat, walking distance to the beach/shops/restaurants was amazing. The property was very clean, we loved the big kitchen island as we spent a lot of time around it eating and playing games. I loved the top floor, the bathrooms were bigger and the big balcony felt like my private hideaway from my kids. The beds are comfy, nice bedding and plenty of big fluffy towels, the full sized toiletries were a bonus. If I had to absolutely find any drawbacks it would be the small closets, if you were staying for a couple weeks and had a lot of clothes it’d be hard to put them all away, and the girls staying in the lower bedroom didn’t like not having their own bathroom (first world problems).

It was beautifully decorated, had plenty of space and was in the perfect location. Loved all the amenities (beach chairs, wagon, etc) and the kitchen was well-stocked with high end cookware. The patios were great, and it was so nice to sit next to the fire pit on the chilly nights.
