We have stayed in numerous houses in Aviemore over thirty years. This one is right up there. Simply sitting in the lounge watching the clouds roll over the Cairngorms is mesmerising. It has everything you could possibly need to get you through your holiday, with no expense spared. The house is well maintained and it's obvious cleanliness is very important. The owners go the extra mile. From bike maintenance and cleaning kit, to plentiful supply of firewood and even food to feed the birds (we had Jays and Woodpeckers down to visit the feeders!) - there's just nothing they haven't thought off. Can't recommend it enough and will definitely plan another trip to it again. If you are outdoorsy (and why else would u visit Aviemore!?) then your options of things to do and places to go are endless. Take a map, and go explore! The car parks may look busy, but once you got the trails - you will hardly see anyone. The only one thing I'd change in the house, and it certainly isn't a complaint, is maybe put bigger showers in the bathrooms. There's ample space to do it. Overall, the house and the area are second to none! Thank you for creating a wonderful home.
