We wanted something close to the wedding venue and did not realize since we had not been to Catalina for many years it was really close to Main St NOISY Busy streetPROS Cheaper thank most, close to grocery store, owner was quick to answer questions, beach, Catalina express all within 10 min walk. Loved the very old charm of it and it had a History plaque with good info if you like history from the 1912's CONS: NO AC, Got hot midday off a very busy street lots of other VrBO's, so everyone would walk by and totally see inside very very small and different set up for the sleeps at least 4 could be 6 if you had 2 couples. We have 2 couples a baby and a dog. Almost looked like a shotgun house. Bedroom in the back with a full bathroom and a back door so you can if need do your laundry as well and use the back entrance. Otherwise you have to walk thru the bedroom to get to the front areas Most of the lights we not working they had to add lighting. No Fan in the very small living room, NO PREMIUM TV Channels and the internet kept buffering. Hard to understand TV set up with 3 remotes NO outside lite on front porch Light Toilets not cleaned very good rust on the bottom shower had soap ceiling Refrigerator was not very cold Beds were not very comfortable.
