We booked 7 rooms, called in advance was assured we would have all 7 rooms would be in the hallway. We also wanted 2 rooms conjoined. When we got to the hotel. There was no notes on my request. After calling and giving all the room names. We were told we could only have 5 rooms together and no conjoined rooms.

Overall stay was good; however, we never once got housekeeping although we inquired. We were able to source fresh towels when we realized that housekeeping never came. (The common area of the hotel was always clean). Also, we weren’t able to get our packages until Monday although we checked in Friday evening/night. This was new to me with traveling as I had sent toiletries in advance. There were good options for eats and drinks. The location is great and the weather was perfect!

We arrived at 4:30 to find the hotel had no rooms available. We had to wait in the lobby while rooms were cleaned. There was no offer to move to another room type and they refused to compensate for our wait with anything. The staff were very apathetic and not helpful. I had reserved adjoining rooms on the top floor and we were placed in rooms on opposite ends of the hall on the 3rd floor. Put a really damper on our trip.

I thought the staff at check in was not friendly at all. We arrived 14 minutes ahead of the 4pm check-in & was told if we wanted to check it RIGHT now it would be an additional $15.00! Also our room was on the first floor facing the parking lot & a car was in the parking lot blasting booming music & continued for 20 minutes & then a few minutes went by & it happened again. Very bad.

They only let you do early check-in through their app, even if you’re there 10 minutes before your check-in time. The app didn’t even work for me and it took me longer to try to figure it out then it would have for them to just check me in when I got there. The rooms are so outdated, the water doesn’t even get hot in the bathroom and the water pressure is terrible, otherwise everything was fine.
