Beautifully located holiday cottage with panoramic views of Julsundet and fantastic sunsets. Modern and tastefully furnished holiday cottage with wood burning stove, open living room and kitchen. Modernized for the 2019 season. Bedroom with folding single beds, 90 cm wide single beds in one room and 75 cm wide beds in the other bedroom. TV: Satellite with CanalDigital, Norwegian and international TV channels. DAB radio. Internet for surfing only. 160 meters to the nearest hiking trail. The area offers very good fishing opportunities. 170 m to the marina with covered fish filleting bench with running water and light. BOAT RENTAL DURING THE PERIOD: March 1-1. November. Boat for rent: Kvernø 585 aluminum boat, 19 feet with 60 HP Yamaha 4-stroke engine, Garmin 925V GPS / chart plotter / echo sounder, 10 pole holders. Smoking oven for fish: hot smoking. The narest town Molde has about 25 000 inhabitants and everything a small town has to offer. Water park, good restaurants, and shops. Also, there is a fisheries museum and folk museum with large exhibition buildings. NB! Remember to bring cash to pay the deposit for the cabin and boat rental. For boat rental deposit, the owner also accepts Euro.
