A holiday home with sea views from both the house and the grounds – located in a peaceful holiday area. Built in 2010, it offers four bedrooms and ten beds arranged in double beds and extra mattresses. Up to two pets are welcome.



The area features a dramatic coastline with a rocky beach nearby and a sandy beach about 1.5 km away. Coastal paths invite walking and cycling, while small harbors offer fishing and sailing opportunities. Forests and meadows provide tranquil nature excursions with views of the water.



Historic attractions such as Augustenborg Castle and the Gendarme Trail reveal local history. Farmers’ markets sell fresh regional produce, and cafés and restaurants serve South Jutland specialties. At sunset, enjoy the starry sky and moonlight reflecting on the sea in serene quiet.



Indoors, there’s an open kitchen with ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room features a wood-burning stove, TV with Danish and German channels and wireless internet. Two bathrooms have underfloor heating, plus a sauna and an indoor spa for two.



The 990 m² plot includes open and covered terraces, a barbecue, solar heating, washing machine, tumble dryer and 50 L freezer capacity. Parking is available on site.



Only 500 m to the sea and 1.5 km to the sandy beach makes it ideal for water enthusiasts. The nearest shop is 4 km away, ensuring tranquility. Perfect for families or groups seeking nature-based togetherness.
