Great hotel, excellent customer service.

This was our first time staying at Homewood Suites. We see the difference in quality, cleanliness, availability of amenities, and the intentional friendly encounters with their staff. You get what you pay for. The cost was a bit higher, but we definitely had a better experience that was worth the additional cost. Thank you to the great management and staff for valuing your customers.

Very nice hotel just like the pictures inside and out, all the staff were friendly. The veda confit and everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Not pricey for a studio w stove, regular side fridge, and all the utensils. Loved out stay there and will stay again when we go visit my son at the Fort. Thanx Hilton

Nice property

The hotel was sold out. The room we were given was a handicap accessible room (we did not request this). The room was hot and we literally had to turn til he AC all the way down and it cooled off in the middle of the night (this repeated all 3 nights we were there). The ceiling fan over the bed would not work unless the light was on as well. The shower leaked and the kitchen sink sprayed water onto the floor. It is a very nice hotel and the staff was friendly but that room was not a good one.
